UNI 4-4 Meeting, Galati, 27 February to 2 March 2012.

 

February 28, 2012

-          the 4 Romanian Universities will present the reports for phase 1 (analysis) and the updated qualifications

-          the 4 Romanian Universities will present the reports for sub-phase 2.10 (the results will be used to elaborate Universities’ communication plans provisioned as deliverable for the phase 2.6)

-          the 4 international Universities will present their tools (with practical demonstrations/presentations) which were used to accommodate, manage and guide all the target students within their universities (sub-phase 2.8). The Romanian Universities will analyse if and which tools can be useful for their guidance offices and will propose tools already in use, if any

-          for phase 5.4 , all partners (through their administrative managers) will send per email a list of questions concerning administrative and accounting topics before 27th February. On 28th February, in the afternoon, answers and all necessary clarifications will be provided. Each partner’s administrative manager will bring along all original documents to be included in the third interim reimbursement request, which is foreseen on March 20. This means that all costs incurred from the beginning of the project (if not previously reported) till 29th February 2012 will be reported, in particular all costs incurred in December 2011, January 2012 and, wherever possible, February 2012. All documents in native language should be accompanied by a translation in Romanian language.

 

February 29, 2012

-          the 8  partner Universities will present their best practices concerning the most effective communication tools used in their own university (sub-phase 2.4), in both English and Romanian. If applicable, partners can present the yearly communication plan of their own university, whose results will be used to draw universities’ communication plans for phase 2.6

-          the 8 partner universities will present their best practices on marketing actions concerning a study programme, their guidance activity or any other relevant services.  The results will be used to complete universities’ communication plans for phase 2.6

 

March 1st, 2012

- all partners will participate in the planning of the European Consortium’s activities meeting

- all partners will participate at the check and implementation of the accreditation procedures  and related to the phase 3

- all partners will participate at the planning of the next meetings in Germany, Romania and France

- the 4  Romanian Universities will present their own curricula to be developed and to be adapted (sub-phase 3.5)

- Sida will present a methodological proposal on a training course (15 editions) for the target group – students, to be developed and implemented during the sub-phase 4.4.
