Infringements of Service in Romanian Law. The Constitutional Content

Abstract
In the present paper we proceeded in examining the objective and subjective side of the offenses that belong to the category of service offenses.
The examination also included the forms, modalities and penalties provided for in the specific criminal rules. The analysis of the constitutive content was achieved with the presentation of some decisions of the supreme court given in the interpretation of the law. We have also formulated some critical opinions, supplemented by the corresponding legal proposals. The paper can be useful to the university environment, to the practitioners in the field, as well as to the legislator.
