Perception of the High School Learners for Online Learning Quality and Digital Skills

Abstract

The rapid change of the teaching and learning methods have affected all levels of the education system. Therefore, the study is focused on perception of the high school learners on their digital skills for online learning and its quality.

It gives an overview on their IT skills, need for additional trainings for online learning, easiness of using tools for online classes and their opinion about the continuousness to use same method in the future. Furthermore, the study gives an insight of the students perception on the difference on quality among physical and online participation in the teaching and learning process.

There were around 300 respondents from high schools, located in the capital city of Kosovo, Prishtina.

The study can serve to the higher education institutions, policy-makers and wider society in Kosovo and region.
