Abstract
In this paper we have examined the crime, with emphasis on identifying and analyzing the objective side. We have also insisted upon the elements of differentiation and similarity between the current incrimination and those of the previous law. The paper can be useful to law students in the country, as well as practitioners in this field. This paper is part of a university course to be published later at a recognized publishing house in the country.
